Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience at Skilaralearn. If you are not satisfied with your course, you may request a call or a full refund within the first 14 days of your enrollment, provided you meet the conditions below.
2. Conditions for Refund
To be eligible for a refund within the 14-day window, you must:
- Have attended fewer than two (2) live mentor sessions.
- Submit your refund request in writing to support@skilaralearn.com.
- Not have downloaded or exported significant portions of the proprietary course materials.
3. After 14 Days
Once the 14-day window has passed, or if you have attended two or more live sessions, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. At this point, the seat in the cohort is fully committed and cannot be reassigned to another student.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
5. Anti-Fraud Guarantee
As per our Terms of Service, if you can demonstrate that the course content was misrepresented, the course was not live as promised, or the mentor falsified their background, we will issue a full refund within 7 days. These claims must be reported within 72 hours of discovery.
