1. REFUND POLICY
Students can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if no live sessions have been attended. After the first live session, no refunds are available. All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
2. LIABILITY LIMITATION
Skilaralearn provides education services 'as-is'. We do not guarantee job placement, salary increase, or employment outcomes. Skilaralearn is not liable for any career decisions made by students.
3. DATA COLLECTION
We collect name, email, phone, and course progress data. We never sell this data. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@skilaralearn.com.
4. AGE RESTRICTION
Students must be 18+ to enroll. By enrolling, you confirm you are 18 or older.
5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes will be handled through mediation. You agree to resolve disputes outside court.
6. ANTI-FRAUD CLAUSE
Skilaralearn takes the accuracy of course descriptions seriously.
If a student can prove that:
- The course was NOT live
- The mentor lied about their background
- The course content was misrepresented
We will issue a full refund within 7 days, no questions asked. We ask students to report issues within 72 hours of discovery for full refunds.
